  • I'm not comfortable completing the Intake forms digitally, how can I receive paper Intake forms to enroll my child?"
    There are a few ways we can help assist you and provide paper Intake forms. 1) You can send an email to kjoyce@expressivepathways.com to request a copy be mailed to your home address. 2) You can use the Contact Us section of the website to submit your request. 3) You may call our office and leave a voicemail. Someone will return your call and we can assist you in completing your intake information over the phone. Regardless of how you reach out, be sure to include your mailing address, phone number, and email address if possible. Also please note that downloading and digitally submitting the Intake forms is the quickest way to begin the enrollment process, but by no means is the only way.
  • How long does it take to start services?
    This is, unfortunately, highly dependent on the insurance carrier and funding source and staffing. Please contact Expressive Pathways directly for more details or complete the referral form found on this website.
  • What is the best way to contact Expressive Pathways?

  • How long will it take for someone to get back to me?
    Upon receipt of your intake form, voicemail, or email, we will contact you within 2 business days
  • Where do clinical sessions occur? At home? At school?
    Clinical services can take place wherever there is a skill deficit or need for support based upon the specific needs of the child. Expressive Pathways currently provides services in the home, school, daycare, community, and clinic-based settings.
  • What payment options are there?
