About the Role

Assess behavioral excesses and deficits, identify observable, measurable target behaviors, develop goals and treatment plans in accordance with state and commercial insurance guidelines, provide consultation and training to direct care staff (BHT/RBT) and/or natural supports to implement interventions to meet stated treatment plan goals, and increase quality of life through behavior analysis for service recipients.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week

Requirements

  • Education and Certifications Required:

    • PA State Behavior Specialist License

    • Clearances required prior to working with clients: PA State Child Abuse Clearance, Pennsylvania State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Experience:

    • BCBA/BSC: 1 year (Preferred)

    License/Certification:

    • Behavior Specialist License (Required)

    • BCBA certification (Required)
